Trump's made it obvious in his first week that there is no 'reasonable president Trump' hiding in there. Just the Trump we know and loathe. A man-baby that can't admit he screwed up. Anytime this is doubted, there's always this now:

I can't say that I believe anything he did this weekend was in anyway outside his prerogative. Question can be raised as to what the end game is for it, but it seems to me he is doing exactly what he said he would.

If that is so, and I do believe you, this country is in worse shape than I thought.

I could not believe it when I heard it. Knowing the threat posed by cyber security violations, it was just a shockingly incompetent action. I cannot imagine Trump doing something that stupid. Seriously.

Great post.

Hillary Clinton was not right. You knew that, too.

She was not ideal but she was more prepared for the job than virtually anyone in the country and was stable. I though where she was going was stale, but boredom is way preferable to brinksmanship.

There is no way that incident with the server missed your keen eyes.

Compared to what we witnessed this weekend, that was a nothingburger. Some procedural error, some sloppiness, some arrogance, not pretty, a violation, but not all that far from routine.

Al Capone was plenty prepared to take over the Chicago mobs, too. You don't really understand why people didn't want Hillary's brand of "experience" and "stability", do you?

You must feel pretty damn safe and secure where you are.
