Jesus was apprenticed from childhood to his father a carpenter which means he knew numbers and diagrams and could follow written instructions and probably was a member of a guild that required testing on such things. On the Sea of Galilee he would have needed navigational skills which include reading, writing and observations. The earthly skills Jesus possessed far outweighed what Mohammed had hallucinating in a cave.

. all things he couldn't have done without having read it.
And where did he learn to read or write....??? We accept he learned some carpentry from his father......
What he be writing in the dirt involving adultery? Drawing a picture?

Other passages show him commenting on scripture, quoting it, teaching about it ... all things he couldn't have done without having read it.
If he was born a god, he already knew how to read, write, heal, do science experiments to show global warming, weather prediction, and communicate over vast areas without electronics....
