That is only $2.4 million dollars. I guess they figure that the stock is going to be worth a lot more in the future. A slight dilution, however, not much. I wonder if Presstek's stock is going to be like that of Republic Industries (Wayne Heizenga) or WorldCom. They will use it to buy companies. Two subsidiaries already. You can only imagine that there is more to come. I do think that the stock price will linger for a qtr or 2, expecially with a lot of shorts waiting for $5 a share before they cover.
