Tech/Kevin /Angel:
I spoke w/ both NASD and Nasdaq today. NASD Market Regulation will not comment on the status of any review. Nasdaq Issuer Svcs. representative who is handling the Small Cap application says that all pertinent information which reflects on the character of the applicant's officers would be reviewed. Without confirming or denying contact w/ the NASD reviewers, she did say it would be logical to assume that the appropriate NASD people would be contacted. Further, a review may or may not have impact on the application, depending on whether the review has turned up information which would reflect poorly on the character of the co.'s officers. She would not comment on whether the NASD review is impacting her review of the co.'s application.
Both individuals at the NASD and Nasdaq indicated receiving multiple calls recently regarding this situation, so evidently a few SI readers have done what I did, as well. The conclusion: don't bother calling because you won't get a clearcut answer.

CONJECTURE vs. FACTS.

tech: <<I am just posting the facts, while you are posting your conjecture.>>

Interesting. Let's see, you posted that I was "posting false information". In reality, I posted an exerpt from CSGI's SEC document.

My conjecture is really an extrapolation of the facts: I do not believe CSGI will get a NASDAQ listing while they have an open review or investigation of their stock transactions.

NASDAQ officer quote: "While I cannot say with certainty that a listing would not be granted since I don't know the facts in the case, an open review would cause heightened scrutiny of the application by the staff." [202-728-8000]

Speaking of conjecture, your claims of a forthcoming NASDAQ listing and CONTRACTS are solely conjecture.

Don't you hate it when you throw a boomerang?
