He didn't write a book, he didn't need to. Though he composed and delivered lengthy sermons and teachings that were written down and included in the gospels.

His longest sermon takes up three chapters in Matthew. There are four more sermons or lengthy teachings in Matthew - Matthew 10, 13, 18, and 23-25. I assume one or more of his disciples wrote these down as it was being delivered. I don't know that he didn't have a draft though or whether he would have needed one. For all we know this material could in fact have been written down in advance and left to his disciples.

You'd have to have been there to know.
