The issue here was that you and angel both claimed that just because ConSyGen has this review on going, it would preclude them from getting a listed on NASDAQ. >> Sorry tech, NASDAQ isn't handling the investigation << Yup, that is right, the NASDAQ LISTING AND THE NASD REVIEW ARE TWO DIFFERENT ISSUES. (this is where I believe your inexperience is showing) To find out if the fact that there is a NASD review, by itself, would preclude ConSyGen from getting listed, you would have to call NASDAQ and talk to the person reviewing the application. so you see Kevin, if you had a little more experience you would know that the NASD wouldn't tell you anything. If you really wanted to know that just because a company had a review pending it would preclude them from being listed, you would have to call NASDAQ not the NASD The NASD review and NASDAQ listing are two different issues and just because there is a review doesn't mean ConSyGen can't get a listing. If the NASD finds something that they feel should preclude ConSyGen from being listed, then that is a different story, but just because their is a review does NOT mean NASDAQ won't list them. If you go back and check, you will see that is what you and angel have been posting here for days. Sorry, YOU LOSE.
