MSFT would not be allowed to buy NSCP, even if they wanted it. Look at opposition to Intuit. NOw T, hmmm, sounds like a good fit. Psst, did y ou hear T might buy NSCP?. ggg Larry

But, he would never get away with it. The DOJ and all his enemies would storm Redmond and have him strung up. If AT&T makes the acquisition for $4B in stock - Telephone Martket Cap could conceivably go up $10B. Regards, Mary
