MSFT would not be allowed to buy NSCP, even if they wanted it. Look at opposition to Intuit. NOw T, hmmm, sounds like a good fit. Psst, did y ou hear T might buy NSCP?. ggg Larry

He is probably spending more than that now just to catch up - and he would lock up the Internet for good. But, he would never get away with it. The DOJ and all his enemies would storm Redmond and have him strung up.

If AT&T makes the acquisition for $4B in stock - Telephone Martket Cap could conceivably go up $10B.
