Not quite true. Sure, the planning was started under Obama. But apparently Trump approved it without sufficient intelligence. That is one of the details needed before approval.

No, they won't. Everything Trump does, Trump owns. The buck stops with him now. If he thought the Obama plan was bad, why did he do it? The right wing was incensed about Obama killing Anwar al Alaki, an American citizen-terrorist, with a drone. Now, Trump has killed his little girl, also an American citizen. Not to mention getting a soldier killed and losing a $70 million dollar aircraft. Where's their outrage now?
