Kevin/Tech: This sure has been fun.

Did you guys know that, in addition to your verbal ping-pong game (long since gone into triple overtime) that the NFL playoffs are in process, also?

Fascinating.

Sure is a pretty day.

>> Don't you hate it when you throw a boomerang? <<

From Kevin Hanse:
=================
NASDAQ officer quote: "While I cannot say with certainty that a listing would not be granted since I don't know the facts in the case, an open review would cause heightened scrutiny of the application by the staff." [202-728-8000]
=================

angel > exchange2000.com
>>which means NO NASDAQ LISTING PERIOD <<

Kevin Hansen - exchange2000.com
>> still has an NASD stock trading investigation open--unresolved--that will prevent them from getting a listing anyway. <<

angel > exchange2000.com
>> NASD INVESTIGATIONS THAT LAST MORE THAN ONE YEAR ARE SERIOUS BUSINESS AND NO STOCK WILL BE APPROVED BY NASDAQ DURING ONE!!! <<

angel > exchange2000.com
>> I called NASDAQ and no company with an open NASD investigation will be approved for listing so Kevin Hansen is right. <<

AND NOW WHAT DOES MR. HANSEN SAY TODAY ?
==========================================
>> No, the investigation does not mean CSGI DEFINITELY will not get a NASDAQ listing, BUT it sure does put a question mark all over it. You discredit yourself by refusing to acknowledge that possibility. <<
Kevin Hansen's new position today.

Sorry, "Big Guy", but your credibility and that of angels ARE now in question.

You and angel have stated that there is no way ConSyGen will be listed,
You and angel have stated that no company with a open NASD review will be approved
You and angle have stated that will prevent them from getting a listing.

angel even went as far as to say"he called NASDAQ and they told him no company with an open investigation would be approved. !!!

Well, it is now clear that NASDAQ DID NOT SAY THAT !

Was angel lying ? if so why ? Why would NASDAQ tell angel no company would be approved, but tell everyone else that just because there was a review wouldn't mean that they automatically would be turned down ?

How about Mr. Hansen ?

He makes posts saying that NASD review will prevent ConSyGen from getting listed anyway.

Now Mr. Hansen comes back and says....... Oh well, the fact they have a review isn't a determining factor, but the end result of that review may be.

I HAVE STATED CONSISTENTLY THAT JUST BECAUSE THE NASD HAS A REVIEW PENDING, IS NOT A REASON WHY NASDAQ WOULDN'T APPROVE THE LISTING.

TODAY I WAS PROVEN RIGHT

However, Mr. Hansen and angel will try to twist their way out of this one.

Hey Hansen, those boomerangs are a bith* huh ?

Have a nice day.

btw - TOUCHDOWN!
