You cannot collect unemployment benefits without working FIRST. Of course, but the basic point is that they're able and capable of working in that first place, and then decide not to and live by welfare 100%... what a great, moral and ethical choice... and for any of his.her children The guy who owns 60 Mickeys should pay his employees a living wage so these same people are not collecting welfare. Go for it. And how high should the wage be or get to until they get replaced by [literate, etc.] computers? Or will the force of law be used to prevent the use of computers?
