If you can't see the Trump characteristics that provoke the comparisons with a tin-pot dictator if not a fascist, those 26 Benitos that he earned, you're not looking.

Trump seems to suffer from a sad form of outward grandiosity that's probably borne of a deep sense of insecurity and entitlement. It feels like a toxic cocktail of personality traits and disorders paired to a shallow conviction/knowledge base that makes him very impressionable and in the aggregate could have scary consequences for the nation and the world.

Trumps avowal to chip away at the Church/State separation is very troubling to me, and yet another example of his poor grasp of what our democracy really is.

You have totally lost it.

I don't know if that's the best measurement (for example he gets two points on "mass party movements" because he was the Republican candidate...) But I rated him on the scale anyway. I come up with mid-teens.

As for "first they came for," I hope that you, like me, are prepared to stand up for the Muslims and the journalists and other Americans that Trump has quacked about.

What did he actually do to (rather than just verbally rant about) journalists?

As for the immigration policy I've already stated my opposition, but "first they came for" was slave labor and death camps, not refusal to admit people in to the country.
