I heard that there was some relationship between Mr Reich and Rosie. "I heard" is what you say when you want say something, usually a lie, without providing proof. Along the lines of "when did Mr. Reich stop beating his wife"? "Paramilitary". I'm sure others here can better comment on that one than me!
