By PATRICK CHRISTYS AND MONIKA PALLENBERG Shocking figures show 2,125 people were sexually assaulted, 199 were raped and and 380 were molested in swimming baths by a combination of refugees or non-German nationals this year. There were also 319 murders and attempted murders committed by foreign nationals and migrants in 2016, 14 of which were committed against children. Migrants were responsible for 59 terror offences in Angela Merkel’s country since the start of the year and 112 incidents of arson. Sickeningly, children are often the target of foreign sexual deviants across Germany, with 26 minors raped, 633 assaulted and 286 molested at swimming pools in 2016. The revealing data, compiled by a German group called XYEinzelfall, also includes an incident of a 10-year-old boy being raped by an Iraqi man in the Theresienbad public swimming baths in Austria. XYEinzelfall is attempting to expose “the covering up and keeping secret of these attacks” in the wake of the staggering volume of sexual assaults reported on New Year’s Eve in places such as Cologne. A spokesperson for XYEinelfall told Express.co.uk: “There is a problem for sure. Women are harassed on the streets everyday. “Women are forced to put their eyes on the ground when they encounter groups of migrants, in order to avoid harassment, but they get harassed anyway. “Some old ladies have been attacked in their own homes.” XYEINXELGALL This map shows the extent of sexual assaults and rapes across GermanyIn Cologne on New Year’s Eve alone 1,222 women reported being sexually assaulted or robbed but 211 of these cases have been suspended by police due to a lack of evidence.
