Yes because as I understand it even if the far right gets what they want and overturns Roe vs Wade then the outcome would be for the states to decide at that point. In that case I think we all would agree my state would move quickly to make abortion legal. My point was as a resident of California I believe my state would legalize it. I don't know the other 49 states intentions. I will edit this and go out on a limb here. My view as a father of a 4 month premature child has nothing to do with religion. I wanted my son. Many doctors told me he wasn't going to make it and yet I was fortunate more then most that my insurance provider at the time said ok you want to try and save your child you are covered for any specialist you need. I was EXTREMELY fortunate. I have my son and he is a blessing. I don't force my views on others.
