One of the loons over there, epicure, was spouting a string of curse words, so I told him that his arguments... Epicure is the moderator and a "she" (by definition). She is also supposedly a school teacher. She does not tolerate different opinions or factual information. It upsets her agenda. She whacks anybody with a functioning brain that dares to argue with their talking points. The 59 bans are a record on SI, I think. They are all relatively new since all the previous bans on the threads were wiped out a while back for 2nd chances for many people.

That didn't work. They had me banned in no time at all. I'm convinced it is a liberal thing. I've been unfriended by people I knew for 50 years on Facebook. Like I give a shit. One really didn't want to unfriend me because I''ve known her so long, but she got to where every time she posted something that I responded to, she would delete the entire thread. She posts, then I post. She deletes the thread. It was great during the election because we're both night people. She finally gave up for a while. It is like mind control.

Yes is disheartening knowing this won't end well and few are talking about the real issues as the left continues their hissy fit with Obama now behind the scenes following a script Alinsky would be proud of.. Totally sucks and I think your 65% number is close to right though maybe I'd put it a bit lower. They will continue their pounding of Trump and playing the division and victimization card. Is funny my parents were immigrants, I was born a few years after they arrived, I barely spoke English going into first grade, never felt privileged in any way but like a true minority until I finally caught up in my 20's, we started with absolutely nothing, never got handouts from the gov't only expected freedom and safety and now in Obama's deluded world I am a beneficiary of hundreds of years of 'white privilege' where people like me 'oppressed' this new multicultural America on the hard left . So am I pissed off (even as we weren't considered white in the US Census before 1930 LOL) more than the tenth generation coal miner decimated by many decades of decline in his world yet his kids have some sort of white privilege today while Lebron's or JayZ's kids are the oppressed victims of institutional racism living in their gated compounds?? Thank you Obama as the silent majority A/K/A 'the deplorables' some of who even voted for you now totally despise you in every way.. Meanwhile the damage done under the fed and the past two administrations needs to unwind somehow someway and nobody talks about it, what it is doing to the young kids protesting the wrong things or whatever is left of the honest working class. They also don't realize we can't afford another failure of an administration unable to raise GDP and the labor participation rate or that continues to double the debt every eight years without the former two at least meeting late 1990's targets. Can we grow that fast with the yield curve where it is at? NO so something will have to give creating more imbalances and (or) another crash. Will see what holes in the dike can't be filled when they open up. Is clear sailing the next two years for DJT outside of some shock from China or oil IMHO
