Volume did drop off some late in the day but then just went dead that last 1/2 hour. No halt..probably just at that price point and lack of activity that everyone is waiting to see which way it will go. Odd orderly move up though with fairly good volume. Seems like there would be more sellers taking 1/8 to 3/8 profits from last weeks price than there were today....if all those buyers had all been different individual retail traders there probably would had been. I had a 13k sell limit in most of the day at 1 3/8 and filled on 3K Some numbers: INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP # of Institutions 40 % Shares Out. Owned 15.21 % 3 Month Net purchases 1.04 Mil. EQUITY Common no Par, 10/97, 100M auth., 40,540,539 issd. Insiders own approx. 8%. BANX Prtnshp. owns 48%. IPO 9/94, 3.4M shs. @ $11.00 by Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co. Rdmbl. Conv. Pref. Stk. $10K Par, 15K auth., 7K issd. LT debt: $275M @ 12.25%, $29.8M @ 16%, $6.8M 16%, $174K @ 8%, $5.3M in leases. *NOTE: FY'97 Q's are being reclassified. BANX has 48%?
