Now that you know how old I am I will further embarrass myself by referring to Lord Keynes who thought he discovered that you needed to have a deficit to avoid repeated depressions and deflation. It's amazing how anyone could be so wrong. There was that really stupid guy John Baptiste Sey or something like that who coined the expression "supply creates it's own demand". He became the laughingstock until Reagan discovered the same principle.

I sure hope that Reagan's economic methodology was superior to Keynes or we might all be in some trouble.
