I would not disagree that maybe it is an issue for the states, but it might be a place for federal to codify standards for control since federal elections are at stake as well.

Look, I don't know if it is a big problem or not. I don't believe we're having 100s of thousands of fraudulent votes cast, but the truth is I wouldn't know if we were. Even if controls are great in NY, who knows whether they are in Arkansas? I don't.

I'm somewhat sympathetic to the idea that people aren't really motivated to fraudulently vote. But there is a lot of money in the system.

Do you think, 50 years from now, we'll (they'll lol) still be using this archaic voting system?
