Bob, I'm not making the assumption that you've suggested at all.

The way in which PTSC has chosen to finance their business is abusive to their shareholders. The assumption that I am making is that the company will continue to be abusive to their shareholders. I am assuming that the tiger will not change it's stripes.

While the operation may (or may not) be a success, that doesn't mean that the patient (e.g. the shareholders) will live.

BTW, nothing wrong with rolling the dice, and let them fall where they may. That is probably the best way to play penny stocks. Of course, the need for a well-diversified portfolio goes without saying. MOST of your choices are going to wind-up being worthless, and hopefully the few that survive will pay off big and make-up for the losses.

I'm afraid, though, that there are many people who don't play penny stocks that way, and could use being periodically reminded of the kind of risk they are taking by putting all their eggs in one frail basket.
