Let us consider just the SSD clients. They only get paid when the client receives "backpay" for the time since they claimed disability. So what incentive is there for the "attorney" to move the case along? The only incentive is that the back pay isn't approved until the maximum backpay would be awarded. So the attorney does not work in the best interest of the client. The only thing an attorney could do to change the eventual outcome "approval" is to encourage people to lie. SS only wants the facts and medical records. You don't need an attorney for that.
