We continue to provide free health care benefits to the poorest communities -- which include a disproportionate number of black families -- while higher income families who are struggling to make ends meet still pay for their own. I'm sorry, but you think your hands are clean you are full of shit. There is at least as much institutionalized racism in other parts of the country as there is in the south. And I would argue more.
