It is kinda funny that the exact things you're talking about are the things that Obama did and which you denied were any of these things on the other thread.

To date, Trump has done anything unconstitutional, at least not until the Court decides finally that it is or isn't. We tried to explain to you at the time that if those actions weren't rolled back before Obama left office they effectively became precedent for later presidents. You should not be surprised.

In truth, these actions appear to be legal, but with the Court being at a standstill politically (4/4) it is obviously more likely he will be shut down (on the basis of politics rather than the law).
