I have been thinking about this. Losing the case is not all bad. It will keep the issue in the news. Trump simply needs to modify it and start the game all over again. Watching the left lose their mind is great theater.

Even with the loss - the vetting process can be upgraded.

They absolutely will - they can't help themselves.
This will be Trump's trifecta - part of the master plan.

The Dem party has been exposed as cop-killing opponents of first amendment, violent election protesters coddling illegal murderers, The MSM has outed themselves 'bigly' going all the way back to Watergate. This will be the last domino to fall - the anti-constitutional liberal judiciary - any doubt now that Roe v Wade was blatant judicial activism?

2018 can't come soon enough. The Dem platform will be against the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of American citizens <g>
