Carl, I too received a margin call, though probably not nearly as large as yours. My timing is horrendous. Toward the end of the year, I started to become extremely bullish on AMAT and margined(for the 1st time) on October 16 @ 46 3/8. Needless to say, I was eviscerated. I saw a 110% gain dwindle to nothing; it was like Chinese Water Torture watching my capital dissolve. Never bet the farm unless you're willing to sleep in the fields I guess. Like yourself, I am also bullish on AMAT more than ever and hope that 60 can be breached this year. BTW, next New Year's, it's a date. Do you have room for all of the SIers? Regards, Humble Brian
