As I have discussed before TCPI is a Swiss company, with headquarters in Ohio. They have operations there as well as China. They were de listed for failure to disclose financials due to two majority owners and board members interfering with operations by paying employees under the table. These two people just stepped down as board members and now the new chairman of the board is in place. The company is working diligently to report past financials and get relisted on the NYSE as they have appealed that de listing. In September the company reported earnings of $.16 to $.18 for the quarter.

The company has experienced its share of problems, but that is why I was able to buy shares for $.86. With a book value of over $3.00 and increased new bank funding, as well as price/sales of .1 it to me is a special situation value stock. Volume will pick up once announcement of earnings and reinstatement of listing are in place. Many investors awaiting these announcements before buying.

As soon as the prior financials are released and the re listing is completed this should be at least a $3.00 stock. I know this does not fit the criteria you all follow and that Paul Senior has determined that this stock can't be discussed here but this is new information and we owe it to people that have invested to let them know new information. Remember risk /reward. It is vital in investing for better returns than many "value" stocks return. Having been an investor for over 50 years these types of investments have there place in the value investing world. Like I have said many times before these types of investments are not for everyone.
