I'm sure someone with Level II could provide further insight but watching today's tape it was obvious that someone walked the stock down on very light volume and then proceeded to quietly absorb everything that was shaken loose. Bought more at 13 1/4. There is no way that QGLY won't post strong numbers for 4Q97 and even stronger ones for 1Q98. Not worried about the day-to-day volatility here.

The stock fell because a shareholder filed a Form 144, registering the sale of 100,000 shares in late December. Doesn't appear to be an officer of the company.
