<<...buying back stock after issuing it..>>

I agree with your point regarding this, it has always bothered me to see this happen. It looks confusing at best, however acquisition plans can change and under the circumstances it does show thay are concerned about shareholder value. I don't think year over year growth is in jepordy based on what we have seen so far. Last year was the year of FC product introductions, this year i expect to see Ciprico benefit from being a leader in this area. However we are still early in this product cycle. Stay Tuned.

HI White Shoes - Re: <bought the secondary at $26. Seems like management saying "Oops, we didn't need that money after all, but thanks for it, we'll buy our own stock back now."

Adding "We do of course not buy at market price but manage our limits at the bid" !!!!! This is IMO why stock-buy back do not improve prices - So IMO this (as another said) 3M$ buyer is no good in improving shareprice - on the contrary - as NASDAQ works. Re options. they would still be there afterwards would they not?

Sorry for beeing negative - But I hate such bad quality as CPCI marketing continues to show. Not beeing able to supply the real needs is poor quality in evaluating the market. STINKS S..beep..

IMO its bound to go under 10 on theese news.
I'll give it another quarter only due to believe in the products.
