Barry/MB-It would be interesting to get all the tech bearish Mohan thread people responses to Murphy's logic (which to me seems OK) yet I know he had been basically wrong on tech and biotech sector at least during 1997. Bob

I should be able to make a good joke out of this. Help, anyone? Murphy's track record speaks for itself. Anyone investing exclusively in tech since 1990 should be beating the S&P 500 the way Duke beat Maryland the other night. Sadly, he's barely keeping up.

Barry, They are certainly better buys than when he recommended them earlier in 1997. -g-

However, I am peeved by the fact that the papers always print his age. I never have liked that concept. Does age determine whether or not we should listen to a guy? My feeling is that age only matters if you can tell somebody's age by his or her opinions. Thus my constant criticism of the 12-year old analysts on Wall Street and their 13 year old fund manager buddies. -g-
