Our Prez can, under the constitution, keep anybody out of the US that he wants. The Leftists in our Judicial system hate this and will rule against him. He will win on this proclamation if one of the Left wing SC judges follows the law. If he loses he can redraft around the ruling. The best way to win would be to have Congress declare an Act of War against radical Islam. It's really mainstream Islam but Congress will never admit that and it will make no difference in implementation.
