Thanks Doc,

I just got this over my email through Infobeat Finance Newsletter. Only a guess, but maybe they sold Softbank Intermedia interest to Zulu to help pay for the GeoCities aquisition.

Softbank adds GeoCities to portfolio

Softbank Holdings Inc. today announced that it is acquiring a minority equity investment in GeoCities, one of the Net's largest and fastest growing communities of free personal Web pages. To make the deal, Softbank will sell some of its interest in Yahoo! to raise cash for the $51 million GeoCities position. Softbank said it will purchase its GeoCities shares through a combination of Yahoo! common stock, and cash. Ron Fisher, vice chairman of Softbank said, "After this transaction, the company will hold approximately 30 percent of Yahoo!'s common stock currently outstanding, and will remain the largest shareholder in Yahoo! Yahoo! continues to be the core holding for SOFTBANK's overall Internet strategy."
