The 5th Amendment doesn't guarantee "due process to non citizens outside of the USA".

right on TideGlider. it's hard to believe he's really a lawyer.

i wonder if he's going to enjoy seeing all trump's cabinet appointees confirmed? i understand the house has already drafted a bill to abolish the dept. of education. i sure hope they get it done. that's real hope'n'change.

It guarantees due process to "persons". The University of Washington is a person. Remember the Citizens United decision where they held a corporation was a "person".
