>> I posted that I don't believe they'll get the listing while the review is open. << - Kevin Hansen

OH REALLY ? ARE YOU SURE THAT IS WHAT YOU POSTED ?

Hmmmm. Let us take another look to what you said:

Kevin Hansen exchange2000.com
>> still has an NASD stock trading investigation open--unresolved--that will prevent them from getting a listing anyway. <<

geee, Keven I don't see the words "I don't believe" anywhere in that statement.

Why would such an upstanding guy such as yourself LIE about it.

You clearly stated that since there was a review, it would prevent them from being listed.

You did not say the outcome of that review may or may not influence the listing, but you and angel were saying that the fact they even have one is enough to prevent it.

YOU WERE DEAD WRONG AND NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO DANCE YOU WAY OUT OF IT!

The review itself is not the determining factor, however only the finding of the review may or may not influence the listing.

So please, don't try to get out of it now. How about the fact that angel said he called! NASDAQ and he was told that no company with a open investigation would be approved

WHY DID YOUR BUDDY ANGEL LIE?

REMEMBER, this is what you just said:

" I got from the NASDAQ gentleman, and it seems that the open investigation certainly can be detrimental to the listing process. He couldn't say that it WOULD prevent a listing, but he also couldn't say that it would NOT prevent a listing. He was very clear on that point as I kept trying to pin him to a statement."
- Kevin Hansen

Why would angel "claim" he was told that "no company" would be approved if they had an open review ?

no..... no.... I think it was definitely a TOUCHDOWN.

and now for the EXTRA POINT ........ IT'S GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
