Thats what I got out of it, that they are a company that was owned by the holding company. The holding company is based in the US. They bought a large interest in a smaller company owned by the holding company. Sounds like any way you cut it its good news for the future of Echo media, with a highly successful internet marketing company combined with Echo medias technology. As far as what was used to conduct this transaction, we will have to see. But it sounds like the deal will be acretive to Zulu-tech right away. PHILL
