Establishment clause does not apply.

It's not a religion. It's a program for conquest. That is obvious from reading the "scriptural" texts and the history of islam from its earliest times to the present.

This is why all the islamic organizations violently oppose any organized discussion of the topic.

The only way out is to ban all Muslims.

How would that get around the establishments clause?

He has the constitutional power to do so. But to get past the courts he gets an "Act of War" passed against Militant Islam and also with a clause that the courts can't interfere. He will be upheld by the SC if the 5th member is added. He can't get rid of citizens but he can make life hard for them if they are suspected.

The Bill of Rights applies to citizens and persons within the jurisdiction of the United States. It does not apply to non-citizen, non-resident aliens. It was never intended to give universal rights to the planet. The Constitution is a social compact by and for the citizens of the United States.
