Over a decade of service is fantastic for a hard-drive, but chances are it has some SMART errors by now. There are many programs I prefer for different tasks, but there alternatives for most such as partitioning, backups, file management, and so on. With CrystalDiskInfo though, I don't have an alternative for it and put it on all my machines and the computers of family and friends when I have the chance. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already. :) Josh * * *
