I haven't found Kumar to be particular informative in the past except to restate information that is already known. This is the first bold projection that I have heard him make without prior release of the info from other sources...should be interesting
If Intel does post higher I will be pleased as that should help restore confidence in general in the sector as they are the bellweather.

Erika Klauer did the exact smae thing last quarter for Intel. She set her expected earnings for Intel three or four cents above the concensus estimate and then stated she didn't expect Intel to meet her elevated estimates!

Brilliant!

She was guaranteed to be right - on one of her points!

I guess this is called "hedging" one's analysis!
