Still no numbers from you. I've shown why it wouldn't be the 19k. Is it 18.5k or 12? Neither of us knows. Sure I don't have a solid relevant number, but neither do you. (I also provided numbers for the impact of a minimum wage increase on US territories which you didn't address at all.) None of the point I raised in showing that its not 19k are hand waving, there all solidly established points of the law. In any case even if we go with 19k, it still blows a hole in your initial argument. Minimal effect when at most 19k out of around 2.9 million are impacted shows nothing.
