The conversation started with me making a declaration about the Fundamental Christian schools around here. I live in the High Tech region of Colorado. I don't think I ever said "All." Statewide I think the Fundamentalist Christian schools do rank way above the others.

I know there must be some poorly performing fundy schools in other regions of the country. In addition I looked at Muslim School performance at one point and they were very low in academic ranking, partly because half the students didn't speak English. I also looked at Hispanic magnet schools. They were below average; I also noticed they let a lot of religion slip in. Something that the PC crowd would have raised hell over in any other charter school. So, I can see lots of areas where you could find low achieving charter schools
