Finns don't talk much. Typically. having some (always serious) drinks with them them, they as usual rather seems to being almost falling asleep. Then after the 4-5th vodka - 5 cl each - the look up talk vividly for 5-7 minutes, have another drink, and fall asleep. Unless the bottle still holds a drink or 2 :) They only drink at weekends, not a drop during the week. If they don't wake up with a head-ache next day, 'it was a lousy party!'.

That said, their kids are the best educated in all EU. Up to SE Asian and Japanese levels.
Not having 10-15% new immigrants in the class probably also helps on keeping their average high.
