If you call a company and they give you information over the phone, it is public information assuming they give the same info to anyone that calls and asks for it. Obviously if you called me and asked how my wife was doing, I would not tell you where I went to school, where I work, and my whole life's story. I would tell you how my wife is because that's what you asked about.
