I agree this is not your average junior resource play.Take the financing which to date has been ignored by the market.Getting financing of this size (86million Canadian dollars}with a market capitilization of less than $15million Canadian is a significant achievement!Management would have had to prove a business plan to show that these funds could generate a minimum return of 30% before interest,taxes and depreciation and after all cash expenses.Assuming the entire financing is used according to plan ,WWS could generate net income after interest expense of 15% of this capital or $13million annually which works out to about 25cents per share.Of course these calculations are only assumptions which I have speculated on.Perhaps someone who is familiar with WWS could enlighten me if my assumptions are wrong. The Kazaks will settle with WWS.The IMF could hold back funds if it felt Kazakstan were not recognizing standard World Trade laws.
