Mtnres, Which "other person" would be so bold as to reveal this material event to you a full month before it actually occurred??? Does this reliable source now create the impression that RMIL knew the Palco deal was off many weeks ahead of the public admission of 22nd December??? Could you share with the rest of us who this "other person" was?? I'm not too good with this psychic stuff.... <vbg> And I'm sorry if I put was misconstruing your comments. TIME OUT...you're both correct in some respect The Palco deal was ON (the LOI press release), then OFF (per Pat from Palco - "two days before" the release), then ON again (per RMIL and Pat - they resumed talks), and now OFF again (per 8K). In all fairness mtnres was away from the thread for a while for work (His company was bought out, etc) when the ON again was revealed. Ron, there was no insider type info if that is what you're implying. You see, some of us lurkers DO pay attention ;~)
