Gene: If you could drag the narative found in Schedule "C" then I think a few questions might be answered for many here... Still, the quarterly reports are not as germaine nor structured as annual reports, so I have no idea what gives. Go to that "www.sedar.com" site and see if you can bring them over here. I have them saved in my e-mail directory but need some help if I want to get them over here!! Maybe I'll e-mail them to you. And Happy New Year! Dennis
