Republicans are not the smarter elected in Congress even that the Democrats are not much better. My take is that if any of those elected to congress would be very smart people they would be in business and not politicians. This I learned at HUJ long ago, every borderline student went to political activity. The time that politicians where pure idealist is long time gone I do not think that ever they were, may be just pure opportunists with some grasp of idealistic view to achieve the pot of gold at the end. As to the new air traffic control system lets see how POTUS implements the "Art of the Deal" as it is something that is needed and will save lives.
