The SEC has no rules against anyone stating something is a poor investment. Only if MK has maliciously posted something he knows not to be true and that something is fabrication of a material fact regarding the company would it be of interest. It would also have to be proven that MK had a pecuniary interest in the failure of the stock to make a case as the "Yays" "Yey" Yeas" are stating, in order to sweeten the pot. SEC does not seem to and certainly should be an agency that inhibits the ones expression of the truth.
