Seriously Ajay, you need to open your eyes. No matter how nice the stock is moving right now, change can come about very quickly. These guys have all the stock they need to make any move they wish without any sort of vote. If they want, they can raise the authorized shares to 200 million -- you could not do a damn thing about it. They could do a reverse and raise the authorized. There is no limit to what they can do and it is quite obvious they do not wish to answer some very important questions about the massive share dilution which has taken place very recently. I hope there is a much excess oil here as there are excess shares.
