Ray and all:

Here is the url for csco's recent 10q.

In this they have time and again mentioned about the weekening
profit margins due to the lack of sales of big ticketed items.

sec.yahoo.com

If they make 40c this q its a good thing going forward else
there will be downward revisions blah blah blah...

But, please do not get me wrong. In the long term this is a winner.
Buy it and tuck it away...then again unfortunately its not us, the
individual investors, that are making the markets move.

Hello Ray,

I'm very curious ... when you say:

CSCO generates 12% of revenue from Asia as of last quarter, which
is at low end of range 12%-16% historically. You will see that
percentage trending lower going forward.

Why would this ever be a good thing? With the expansion of the Internet into developing countries ... and huge parts of the Pac-Rim still not pervasively networked ... and China not even close to networked ... why would we see sales into this region as a "percentage trending lower"?

To me that would mean that Cisco would be missing a huge developing market ... on my last trip over there Lucent was all over the place ... same as Russia!
