That could just as easily belong in your good category. It creates a barrier to entry, but more importantly it will favor U.S. based companies if, as seems likely, Korean firms are restricted in their access to capital in the immediate future.

In the immediate short-term, admittedly, Korean competition will intensify as they seek to maintain market share at any price and benefit from a favorable local cost/dollar cost mix.
