Yes I did see Wall Street Week, however, I was disappointed that he did not give an explanation for us...he also would short PHG which had a nice move up today...also he is short NKE which was the opposite of L. Baryni, who is long NKE for 1998...

OGDEN, Utah, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Thiokol Corporation (NYSE: TKC) announced plans today to issue $150 million of ten-year unsecured senior notes through a public debt offering. The offering represents a drawdown of the $300 million universal shelf registration that the company filed with the SEC in October of 1996. The proceeds of the offering will be primarily used to pay down bank debt the Company incurred last November with the purchase of an additional 13 percent of Howmet International Inc. common stock.
