That is, that an increase of of whatever it is, 0.8C or thereabouts over the last 100+/-25 years, has somehow brought on this very comfortable February weather? If you believe that, please be clear and be prepared to explain why little cold snaps like the Polar Vortexes of a couple years ago were just "weather" and this isn't. Thanks.
